We will give you an initial Yes or No based on your application. If it is a Yes we will move you into final diligence with a member of our investment team.
Final Decision
Once in final due diligence, we will try to give you a final answer in 10 days or less. We would rather you be building your company than waiting on us.

We invest in pre-seed and seed stage startups. Our most common pre-money valuation is $4-6M, but we invest up to $10M.
